Payment
We accept payment securely online via Paypal or by personal cheque using a postal order form (please note that items will be posted as soon as cheque has cleared).

Shipping
We ship items worldwide. We use Royal Mail recorded delivery for UK destinations and Royal Mail airmail for rest of world locations. We also provide a home delivery service for Isle of Wight residents. Please allow seven working days for your package to arrive.

Refunds and Exchanges
We're confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not 100% happy, we will offer a full refund on unused items (please note that postage costs will not be refunded). We would advise taking out insurance if sending items back, as goods lost in transit cannot be refunded.

Always follow the user instructions included with each Wheatie Bag. If you have a medical condition, please consult a Doctor for advice prior to use. If pregnant, only use a plain wheat filled Wheatie Bag with no lavender. We cannot be held responsible for any misuse associated with a Wheatie Bag. As with all handmade goods - there maybe a slight variation with the exact cut of fabric that goes into each Wheatie Bag. Rest assured that we always try and create a close replica to the photos using only the fabrics illustrated.
